About Miguel Navarro

Las Vegas Valley luxury real estate. NFL Films vet. Sneakerhead. Dual-licensed in Nevada & California.

I didn't take the typical path into luxury real estate. That's exactly why my clients win.

I grew up in the inner city of Lancaster, Pennsylvania — and no, it wasn't all Amish country. What Lancaster taught me is the thing I now build my entire business on: your environment changes everything. The rooms you're in, the people around you, the place you wake up every morning — get those right, and everything else gets easier. That's what I actually sell. Not square footage. Environments where the next chapter of your life happens.

Before real estate, I spent eight years at NFL Films, working with all 32 NFL teams, major broadcast networks, and film studios. That world runs on preparation, discretion, and zero tolerance for dropped balls — the same standards I bring to a seven-figure transaction. (It also made me a certified NFL historian. Quiz me. I dare you.)

Simultaneously, I was a club promoter in Philadelphia, where my job was simple: fill the room, read the crowd, and make every person in it feel like the night was built for them. It turns out that's most of real estate, too.

Since landing in the Las Vegas Valley, I've closed deals across every corner of this market — from first-time-buyer neighborhoods to gated luxury enclaves. I know what makes Vegas homes sell, what makes buyers hesitate, and what's happening on the ground in this market every single weekend.

One more advantage you won't find on most agents' pages: I'm dual-licensed in Nevada and California, and I've lived on both sides of the move — Orange County, Los Angeles, and now Henderson. If you're a Californian heading to Vegas (or a Vegas local heading west), I'm not just your agent on one end of the move. I can run both sides of it.

Who I work with…

  • Californians relocating to the Las Vegas Valley — and anyone making the move in reverse

  • Luxury buyers and sellers across Las Vegas, Henderson, and Summerlin

  • Athletes, entertainers, and the people who run their world — a culture I've lived in since my NFL Films days

And yes — the sneakerhead thing is real. If you want to talk Jordans and home values in the same conversation, we're going to get along just fine.
